Kosho Ryu International
What is the purpose of Kosho Ryu International? The reason for Kosho Ryu International’s existance is I personally believe these teachings are the future of martial art study. That is if we wish for the stidy to survive.
In many ways on modern times the arts are only associated with sport and an activity for children. They have lost their meaning. I am teachin Ksho Ryu, not Kosho Ryu Kempo. My teaching assume an that you are already involved in a martial art style. As I was in 2000 when I was first introduced to the teachings.
Kosho Ryu is not a style of martial art like karate, Tae Kwon Dor Kempo but rather a study. A study at first of the Octagon with it angles and its purpose. Not ust physical teaching but philosophical as well.
Kosh Ryu is a preparatory martial art when all others are reactionary. It is an art of peace and therefore as Mitose stated “God’s art.”
Life is a journey not a destination and it is about learning along the path.
